What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or Growth Review request, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone or messaging number if you choose to share it, business type, website or social profile, and anything you write in the message.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a review you requested, and discuss working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form processing service, which handles them under its own security and privacy terms.
WhatsApp, Zalo and email
If you message us on WhatsApp or Zalo, or email us, we receive your name, number or address and what you write. We use it only to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. Those apps process messages under their own terms.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship and any legal record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by replying to our message or contacting us through the contact page or at eleveneleven.vn@gmail.com. We act on deletion requests within 20 days.
